Between 2018 and 2020, for example, xcritical failed to report tens of thousands of customer complaints to FINRA that it was required to report, the organization says. KPMG indicated that clients whose total distributable amount is less than $51.50 will not receive a payment, in accordance with a Court Order dated September 29, 2016.
